Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

At Volidator, we build zero-knowledge cryptographic audit log infrastructure designed for high-availability production environments. We are committed to transparency, simplicity, and clear terms of service. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Core Refund Principle

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our API and computing infrastructure, our refund eligibility is strictly defined by product usage. Once resource ingestion or processing has occurred, costs are immediately incurred on our edge networks, databases, and message queues.

2. Eligibility Criteria

We only issue refunds to customers who meet all of the following conditions:

  • No Ingestion Activity: The organization has not sent or ingested any log events (even a single event) using the paid plans since starting the subscription.
  • 72-Hour Window: The refund request is explicitly made in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial subscription or payment charge.

3. Strict Non-Refundability

The moment you have sent or ingested even one event on a paid plan (Pro or Scale), the subscription fee becomes entirely non-refundable. No exceptions, partial refunds, or pro-rated refunds will be granted for active or used plans.

4. No Special Considerations

To maintain operational consistency and treat all developers, SaaS startups, and enterprises equally:

  • No other special conditions or considerations will be entertained.
  • Reasons such as project cancellation, changes in technology stacks, developer oversight, or unused quotas do not qualify for exceptions.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria described in Section 2, you may request a refund by emailing our support team at [support@volidator.com](mailto:support@volidator.com) with:

  • Your workspace or organization ID.
  • The email address associated with your billing account.
  • A copy of your payment receipt or invoice.

Once received, our billing team will verify your log ingestion activity. Eligible refund requests are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
